 Scheduling & Client Relations

Heather Tahtinen

Heather brings over 20 years of experience managing complex operations, client relationships, and high-stakes schedules across branding, design, and landscape industries. Before joining the team in 2022, she spent a decade as at Lexicon Branding in Sausalito, working alongside clients like Microsoft, Toyota, Pepsi, and P&G — the kind of environment where details matter and nothing gets dropped.

She also co-owned a surf and skate shop on the Sonoma Coast for several years, a chapter that speaks to a side of her that's just as important as the professional one — creative, community-minded, and genuinely cool.

Heather is based in Los Angeles and handles all scheduling and client coordination for the property.
